Day 31 - DUH!

Since we've been here, we haven't had internet or cell phone service. Or at least that's what I thought.

We woke to sunshine this morning and decided to take pictures of Diamond Lake and the mountains since the sky was clear. First was Diamond Lake with Mount Bailey behind it. People were already out fishing. While the water is still choppy, it's settled a great deal since the first time we saw it.

A little further up the road is Mt. Thielsen. We can actually see both mountains from the campground and see a bit of the lake through the trees. The view is blocked some by all the trees.

When we come back into the campground, David points out a new piece of equipment on the trees near us...it's a wi-fi booster. Turns out we'd had wi-fi the whole time we've been here, but they didn't tell us when we checked in and we didn't ask. DUH! So this is why the blog is suddenly caught up! LOL

We've spent the day walking the dog, reading, watching movies - Enchanted and Les Miserables, catching up on email and doing laundry.

Tomorrow is an early day - we head to Redding, CA where we will reach our goal of seeing all of the continental US states! That won't be the end of the trip...there are lots of interesting places on the way home!

See ya down the road!

Jenny :)
